When you purchase a condotel with the Island House , we have an in-house management company that can market
and rent out the unit on your behalf. You will be charged a portion of the rental fee, which will go toward maintenance and upkeep of the unit. MacLaren Management LLC, our in-house management agency, will take 40% of each rental and give you, the owner 60%.
